Photo Submission Guidelines

Homes and Land magazine is a large format, full color publication. Because of this we can only accept images that are of a certain quality. Your digital camera must have an image quality of no less than 3.2 megapixels in order for your pictures to be usable in the magazine. Also, make sure to set your cameras image quality setting to "high" or "fine", which will ensure that your image is of the highest quality attainable with your camera. If at all possible, do not take photos on overcast or rainy days, as they may be too dark in the final printing. For additional information, please view the image tutorial to the right. All digital photos can be emailed to stmoody@bellsouth.net or submitted online using the on-line admaker program.
